Procurement
Australian Naval Nuclear Power Safety Regulator (ANNPSR) maintains a fair, equitable and non-discriminatory procurement complaints handling process.
The Government Procurement (Judicial Review) Act 2018 (JR Act) ensures that suppliers have a clear and accessible avenue to raise concerns regarding potential breaches of the Commonwealth Procurement Rules, and that ANNPSR responds in a timely, transparent and consistent manner.
If you believe a procurement process conducted by ANNPSR has breached these requirements, you may lodge a complaint.
