Australian Naval Nuclear Power Safety Regulations 2025
As required by Section 37(2) of the Australian Naval Nuclear Power Safety Regulations 2025, the Regulator gives notice that they have received an application for the following facility licence:
Application by Australian Naval Infrastructure PTY LTD to prepare a site for a naval nuclear propulsion facility, namely a facility for constructing an AUKUS submarine, in the Osborne designated zone.
